Online Experience A

There are a lot of things i have learned in on line experience A this trimester like Copyright and being safe online/cyber bullying, netiquette,and podcasting.We may never use some of this technology ever again so why do we have to learn it.? Well technology is important do you want to know why, well its because Technology keeps sustainable ecomnomic expansion going which creates more high wage jobs, and world class exports.we wouldnt beable to live without technolgy. Technolgy has changes a lot in past couple years, so how much has it changed in 5 years. well in the last 5 years it has facilitated- or have been facilitated by- the development of an ever-higher capacity communications infrastructure and the mass-production of advanced technoloy, the improved capacity to share media globally and virtually immediatly, and the power to connect with it in better, faster, and more efficiant ways. in the next 5 years i think it will change by getting more advanced.
I use technolgy for a lot of things, like my schoolwork ad for my personal use. For schoolwork i use a computer and then for my personal use i use My cellphone, Ipod, and the computer.
In the future i may use some of the tools that i learned in online A like Powerpoint for making presentations and Being safer online of course.I learned how to mkae my searches on search engines more specific by putting = + - or " ". i could use that to make my searches for reports and stuff more specific. i think the thing that i learned that would be most practical for longlife learning would be the Different gadgets we used/learned about. The tool i think i will never use again is Podcasting. i didnt realy like recording stuff. The tool that was my favorite to create was the Powerpoints and Glogster. My least favorite was the Voki,Chirbit and the Myplick. because i didnt really like the podcasting stuff.

Do you know what to watch out for online? by putiing any little piece of information as little as your name someone could find out where you live,your phone number, and what school you go to. And it doesnt even take any more than 30 minutes and they could know everything about you. So just be careful of what you put online because you never know whos out there.

Netiquette

You should always have netiquette when you're on the internet. What even is netiquette? Netiquette is a set of rules for behaving properly online.You should always be polite and have ettiquette on and off the internet. Being polite,curtious and having good manners and behavior online is Netiquette.

New Facbook

I was on google and i read an article about the new facebook.A lot of people are wondering why they havent got the new facebook yet. well its because facebbok rolls out there updates gradually not everybody sees them at once.another thing people were wondering why facebook keeps changing things. the answer is that the facebook company wants to keep improoving its product so that people keep using it and they dont get bored of it.it also changes so it encourages the users to share and interact more.The percentage of the users that complain about the changes are small.

RSS

RSS Feeds are a great way to get the information you need/want faster and easier. RSS is a faster way to search your favorites.It automatically sends you newsfeeds from the websites you have subscribed to right to your google reader.it saves time so you dont have to go to the website indivisually you can just go to your google reader and all the latest updated posts and news that you follow or sunscribed to will come up right on your reader.

Delicious

Delicious is a great website to use.millions of people use it.Delicious is a free website where you  can save some of your favorite sites.it social media which means it lets you share your favorite sites with anybody else on delicious.There are threee different ways that you can find a new bookmark on delicious, 1 is you can search your network,2 is you can explore the tags to see if there is any tags that you like or that would interest you and 3 is you could look at the home page or the hot list where you could find the latest and most popular tags and sites that people have shared or liked as one of their favorites.Delicious is a great website to use.

Technology and Me

I use technolgy a lot in my life. like right now i am using a computer.Some of the technology i use is my cellphone and the computer. I use my cellphone to call, text, somtimes to get my horoscopes for the day, and sometimes i go on twitter to follow Justin Bieber.I use the computer for doing homework,facebook,and phonezoo. and of course to look up Justin Bieber pictures!!! Technology is an important part of my life.
